\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a0Sometimes it is simply a thought I need to put somewhere.<\/p>

A feeling. A realization. A difficult day. A boundary I finally understood. A moment when an old wound suddenly appeared in a new relationship \u2014 or a moment when I noticed that I had responded differently than the woman I used to be.<\/p>

These are the quieter pages of The Quiet Rose.<\/p>

They are not written from the end of healing.<\/p>

They are written from inside it.<\/p>

Some days I feel strong.
Some days I question everything.
Sometimes I take a step forward and sometimes an old fear finds me again.<\/p>

I am learning that both can be true.<\/p>

Maybe healing isn’t about never being triggered, afraid or uncertain again.<\/p>

Maybe it is about learning to hear my own voice when I am.<\/p>

These are my reflections along the way.<\/p>
